The Program also serves bereavement support groups throughout the valley. Our organization is available to support groups and treatment center in the metro-Phoenix area of Arizona. Through guided hands-on interaction in shaping and glazing of the clay medium, participants experience solace and freedom of expression. Emphasis is on the creative process, not on producing a perfect piece of art. Members of support groups for cancer and other chronic illness participate free of charge and support is sought from Individual and Corporate Sponsors. (see be a Member/Sponsor). Creative Arts in Healing, Inc. is an Arizona Non-Profit Corporation with Tax Exempt Status pursuant to section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Creative Arts in Healing also provides instruction and materials for collaborative projects and murals for public art displays and installations. Funding for workshops and other projects is by donations from individual and corporation members.
